Sam Malia is the Founder and CEO of Bullshark, where he leads the execution of the company’s strategic vision and ensures innovation remains at the core of its operations. He works closely with Bullshark’s senior management to embed the organisation’s long-term goals into daily functions, while maintaining hands-on involvement with key clients – especially when it comes to strategic decision-making and identifying growth opportunities. Under Sam’s leadership, Bullshark continues to evolve as a forward-thinking digital agency that stays ahead of market trends and client needs.
With a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing, Sam began his entrepreneurial journey at 19, launching Bullshark a year later. Within the first 12 months, he scaled the agency from a one-man operation to a 10-person team, initially supported by anchor clients in the e-commerce space – many of whom he helped grow to multi-million euro revenues. Today, Bullshark serves over 200 clients, including industry leaders like Wolt, Hyatt, Pfizer, and Farsons, and has expanded internationally with a growing presence in the UK. Sam’s ability to transform Bullshark from a marketing agency into a fully integrated digital and tech powerhouse has made him a trusted strategic advisor across sectors including healthcare, retail, and the public sector.
