Sam founded Bullshark as a one-man operation in 2020, with the vision to deliver end-to-end growth solutions driven to digitisation. Under his management, Bullshark successfully grew at a rapid pace. The company quickly established itself as a leading player within the digital sector, becoming home to a multi-disciplinary team of specialists, and acquiring major clients, including the likes of Wolt, APS Bank, Genetic Technologies, Midea, and the Government of Malta.

A core element to Sam’s role has been the development, implementation, and optimisation of robust operational frameworks, enabling Bullshark to maximise stakeholder value, delivering on its promise to drive growth.
