Pre-interview screening

We provide candidates with a set of questions that enable us to develop a baseline understanding in relation to skillset, experience, and aspirations.

Discovery session

During our discovery session, we will look to obtain a better understanding in relation to your skills and strengths, enabling us to understand whether you’re a good fit for the role.

Skills test

Shortlisted candidates are requested to carry out practical skills tests, enabling us to gage proficiency against a range of on-the-job requirements.

Focused session

Candidates that successfully pass our skills test are invited for a session where we provide in-depth information on our company’s strategy, whilst discussing the role responsibilities in further detail. 

Line manager meeting

You will meet with a line manager who you will work with during your day-to-day role, enabling you to get to know each other and iron out any last questions that you might have.

Accept the job offer

You will be provided with a formal offer and contract, enabling you to kickstart your career with Bullshark.
