Overview
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our Marketing Unit, calling for the creation, implementation, and optimisation of paid omni-channel digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of clients across a range of industries and markets. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, including specialists across several key verticals.
Roles and responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital advertising strategies across a range of paid media channels, including social, search, display, and more.
- Development, implementation and management of automated email marketing funnels.
- Operate within the parameters of client budgets, and oversee budget distribution and media spend optimisation.
- Monitor a range of KPIs that place tangibility on campaign performance and outcome.
- Strategise and execute testing initiatives across creative assets, messaging, and targeting tactics to improve performance.
- Setup of ad-tech that facilitates conversion tracking on client websites (e-commerce and/or lead-gen)
- Oversee data and analytics across paid and organic for each of your clients, reporting insights to the Digital Marketing Executives to drive intelligent decision-making across client strategy.
- Proactively leverage data and industry trends to identify and test new channel, segmentation, and revenue opportunities.
- Work closely with the members in your Pod to advise on best-performing creative assets, fuelling data-led creative asset development within our teams.
- Preparation of monthly reports using our Business Intelligence platform, which is used to aggregate omni-channel data onto a single dashboard.
Requirements
Job Requirements (Technical):
- 4+ years of experience working in paid media management role.
- Experience working with both lead-gen and e-commerce clients.
- Ability to build robust digital advertising funnels that consider key areas such as different phases in the customer buying process, split testing, cross-channel retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Expert-level expertise across Google, Meta, LinkedIn marketing platforms.
- Strong expertise in the development of automated email funnels through the use of MailChimp, SendInBlue, or equivalent platforms.
- Fluent in technical terminology pertaining to KPI management and marketing platform use.
- Experience in ad-tech and conversion-tracking setup through the use of Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and other similar pixels and/or technologies.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Job Requirements (Additional):
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Strong fluency in the English language.
- Strong fluency in the use of Microsoft products, namely Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent copywriting in the English language.
